Selection Process
- 1: Selection is based purely on merit determined by literacy level and relevant work experience.
- 2: A total of 100 marks are allotted: 20 marks for literacy and up to 80 marks for work experience.
- 3: Experience marks: 0-3 years = 15 marks, 3-5 years = 15 additional marks, 5-8 years = 25 more marks, more than 8 years = full 100 marks including literacy.
