Qualification Requirements
Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture and Master’s degree in agriculture/Horticulture/Business Management and min 10-15 years experience; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Seed Technology, Plant Breeding, or related fields and min 3-5 yrs experience; B.Sc. (Agri.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) and M.Sc. (Agri.) / M.Sc. (Horti.) / MBA (Marketing) / MBA (Agri. Business) and min 3 yrs experience; Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with Master’s degree in Agriculture/Management and min 12-15 years experience; Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture with Master’s degree in Genetics & Plant Breeding, Horticulture, Agronomy, Seed Technology, or Management and Ph.D. in the relevant field and min 12 years experience
