Qualification Requirements
SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects (min. 55% marks) and either ITI Certificate/National or State Trade Certificate in relevant trade or 2 years full-time experience as an apprentice trainee in the relevant trade or 3 years work experience in the trade in a Government organization/PSU/Autonomous Body. Selection Process
- Trade Test: Candidates are shortlisted based on academic credentials and experience. The test is qualifying and assesses practical knowledge in the relevant trade.
- Competitive Written Examination: Consists of three papers. Paper II and III are evaluated only if minimum marks are secured in Paper I. Final merit is based on marks in Paper II and III.
