Selection Process

  • Written Examination: Candidates will take a written exam with two papers. Paper-I is qualifying and Paper-II is merit-based. Only candidates who pass Paper-I will have Paper-II evaluated.
  • Typing Test / Skill Test: For Junior Secretariat Assistant, a qualifying computer typing test is required. For Junior Stenographer, a qualifying stenography proficiency test is required.
  • Final Merit List: Final selection is based on Paper-II scores for Junior Secretariat Assistant and written exam scores for Junior Stenographer, including only those who qualify the respective skill tests.
