Qualification Requirements
A valid 1st Class Inland Master Certificate and have valid STCW certificates and 1 year experience, 10th STD Pass. Pass Swimming Test. Pass pre-sea training for seaman / GP rating and Valid Basic STCW courses, 10th Std. Pass. Pass in Swimming Test. Holding Engine Room watchkeeping certificate as per STCW Reg.III/4 or III/5. and min 1 year experience, 10th Std Pass with Passing ITI in Electrical or Electronics. Pass Swimming test; Valid Basic STCW courses and min 1 year experience, Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and min 3 years experience, S.S.L.C. National Trade Certificate (I.T.I. Motor Mechanic) and 2 years experience, Graduation with Successful completion of the Sub Officer Course from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur; Pass in Swimming Test and min One year experience, 10th Std Pass and Certificate of Competency as Serang / 2nd Class Masters / 1st Class Masters and min 2 years experience, 10th Std Pass with Valid Basic STCW courses; Certificate of Competency as Serang and min 2 years experience, Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Pass in Swimming test
