Qualification Requirements
For Teaching Staff: PGT requires Post Graduation in relevant subject with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed./B.El.Ed. from NCTE approved College/Institute. TGT requires Graduation/Post Graduation in advertised subject with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed./B.El.Ed from NCTE recognized college. PRT requires Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and D.El.Ed./B.El.Ed./J.B.T./D.Ed. from NCTE approved colleges. For Non Teaching Staff: Qualifications vary from Graduation in relevant disciplines, Post Graduates may also apply, Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application for UDC, and Nursing qualifications for Nurse post.

Selection Process
- 1: Applications will be examined by DAV College Managing Committee for eligibility.
- 2: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a test in January 2026.
- 3: Test duration is 90 minutes with two papers: Paper 1 is Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning (20 minutes, 15 MCQs), Paper 2 is Main Subject Paper (70 minutes, 40 MCQs).
- 4: No negative marking in the test.
