Master Degree with min 55% marks, Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science, Bachelor Degree and min 3 years experience, Bachelor degree and min 2 years experience Or Post Graduate degree in relevant subject or B.E/B.Tech. in relevant subject Or Three year Diploma in relevant subject and min 4 years experience, Senior Secondary (10+2) or an equivalent examination with relevant Science Subject OR Graduate with relevant subject, Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent and Having a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting, 10th, 10th and Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science
