Selection Process
- Document Verification and Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their application documents and called for a personal interview. The interview will evaluate presentation skills, language proficiency, dressing sense, etiquette, cooking skills, relevant experience, and knowledge of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
- Cooking Skill Test: Candidates who secure a minimum of 40 percent marks in the interview will be eligible to appear for the practical cooking skill test. To qualify for the final merit list, candidates must obtain at least 50 percent marks in this test.
