Selection Process
- Phase-I Online Test: Candidates will take an online objective-type exam at designated centers; test is bilingual except English paper; marks normalized and state-wise shortlisting done
- Phase-II Physical Fitness and Adaptability Tests with Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification, physical fitness test, and two adaptability tests at Airmen Selection Centres
- Phase-III Medical Examination: Candidates passing Phase-II will have a detailed medical exam by Air Force Medical Team; medical fitness assessed as per IAF standards
