Selection Process
- Tier-I: Online exam of objective-type multiple choice questions, divided into 5 sections: General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical/Analytical/Logical Ability and Reasoning, English Language, General Studies. Negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
- Tier-II: Written exam (descriptive type) including translation of a passage of 500 words from the selected language or dialect into English and vice versa.
- Tier-III: Interview or personality test to assess the candidate’s suitability for the role.
