Qualification Requirements

Candidates must have 3 years Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines or B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Industrial Chemistry with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Fire & Safety posts require 10+2 pass with Sub-Officers Course from NFSC or recognized institute, valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License, and physical fitness standards.

Selection Process

  • Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT): An online multiple-choice test assessing subject knowledge, numerical ability, and general awareness. Duration is 120 minutes with 100 questions. Minimum 40% marks required to qualify, with 5% relaxation for reserved categories.
  • Stage 2: Skill / Proficiency / Physical Test (SPPT): A qualifying test to assess practical skills, job-related proficiency, and physical standards where applicable. Only candidates who qualify this and document verification will be considered for final merit list.
  • Final Merit List: Prepared refinery-wise and discipline-wise based on CBT marks in descending order. Tie-breaker is age, older candidate placed higher.

  3. Select one post code and one refinery unit.
  4. Upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and certificates.
  5. Ensure photograph size 4.5×3.5 cm, signature in blue/black ink, thumb impression clear on white paper.
  6. Verify all details and documents before final submission.
  7. Pay application fee online if applicable.
  8. Submit application on or before 09-01-2026.
  9. No need to send printed form or documents by post at this stage.
  10. Keep print or saved copy of application and payment receipt.
