Selection Process
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT): An online multiple-choice test assessing subject knowledge, numerical ability, and general awareness. Duration is 120 minutes with 100 questions. Minimum 40% marks required to qualify, with 5% relaxation for reserved categories.
- Stage 2: Skill / Proficiency / Physical Test (SPPT): A qualifying test to assess practical skills, job-related proficiency, and physical standards where applicable. Only candidates who qualify this and document verification will be considered for final merit list.
- Final Merit List: Prepared refinery-wise and discipline-wise based on CBT marks in descending order. Tie-breaker is age, older candidate placed higher.
