Qualification Requirements
MBBS degree or possession of a recognized Graduate Medical Qualification included in First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Completion of compulsory rotating internship is mandatory. Valid medical registration certificate is required. Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is required.

Selection Process
