Selection Process
- Stage 1 – Written Examination: Objective type multiple choice questions in Hindi, 100 questions, 2 hours, no negative marking.
- Stage 1 – Technical Examination: 100 marks, 2 hours, graduate level for ASI and diploma level for Head Constable in Computer/IT subjects.
- Stage 2 – Physical Efficiency Test: Qualifying race of 800 meters, minimum 8 marks required.
- Stage 3 – Physical Standards Test: Height and chest measurements as per category and post.
- Stage 3 – Medical Examination: Hearing, vision, and physical deformity checks by District Medical Board.
- Stage 3 – Technical Practical Examination: 100 marks, minimum 30% to qualify, marks added to final merit.
- Stage 4 – Document Verification and Final Appointment: Verification of original documents and issuance of appointment orders.
