Qualification Requirements

For Management Trainee – Systems: BE/B.Tech in Electronics / IT / Computer Science OR MCA with 60%. Desirable certifications include CCNA, JNCIA, J2EE, JSP, Java Script, DB2 Admin, OCP Java SE, Spring, AIX Admin, ASP.Net, C#, DevOps, Azure (AZ-204), SCJP, SCWCD, CEH, REST API, MySQL etc. For Management Trainee – Operations: Degree / PG in Humanities / Science / Commerce / Engineering / Law / IT / Business Administration (60%). Desirable PG Diploma in Marketing / Intl. Trade / Materials / Logistics, Computer Knowledge. For Management Trainee – Personnel & Administration: Degree / PG Degree in Humanities / Science / Commerce / Engineering / Law / IT / Business Administration (60%). Desirable PG Degree/Diploma in HR / IR / Personnel Management, Computer Knowledge. For Management Trainee – Law: Degree / PG Degree in Law (60%). Desirable PG Degree in Law, Computer Knowledge. For Management Trainee – Finance & Accounts: Associate Member of ICAI / ICMAI OR MBA (Finance). Desirable knowledge of Company Law, Taxation, Trade Finance, e-Commerce, and Computer Applications.

Selection Process

  • Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT): All eligible candidates must take an all-India computer-based test with sections on English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge, and Professional Knowledge. The test has 120 questions and lasts 120 minutes. Wrong answers will have negative marking.
  • Stage 2: Group Discussion (GD): Candidates who pass the CBT will be called for a group discussion to assess communication, analytical skills, teamwork, and suitability. Only top candidates will move to the interview.
  • Stage 3: Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the group discussion will attend an interview to evaluate domain knowledge, professional conduct, decision-making, and overall suitability. Document verification will also be done.
  • Final Selection: Final merit list will be based on combined scores from CBT, GD, and Interview. Selection is strictly merit-based as per company rules.
