Qualification Requirements
For Dy Manager (HR, F&A, C&MM): Graduation with 60% + 2 years full time MBA or PG Degree/Diploma or MSW or Integrated MBA with specialization in relevant fields. For Dy Manager (Legal): Full time LLB with 60% and 3 years post qualification experience. For Jr Hindi Translator: Master’s degree in Hindi or English or any subject with Hindi/English as compulsory/elective/medium plus diploma/certificate in translation or 2 years translation experience in Govt office.

Selection Process
- Stage I – Online Test: A 120-minute online test with 120 questions divided into Management Aptitude and Professional Discipline sections.
- Stage II – Personal Interview: Candidates who pass the online test will be called for a personal interview. Date and venue will be announced later.
- Junior Hindi Translator Preliminary Test: A screening test with 50 multiple choice questions on Hindi, English and General Knowledge.
- Junior Hindi Translator Advanced Test: A descriptive two-hour test on translation and writing skills.
