Oil India Limited (OIL) invites eligible candidates from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh to attend Walkin interviews on 11 and 12 November 2025 for 16 contractual posts of Drilling/Workover Operator and Assistant Operator. Candidates must have Class 10th and relevant diplomas or trade certificates with required experience. The selection is based on interview performance. No application fee is required. Interviews will be held at Duliajan Club, Oil India Limited, Duliajan.

Qualification Requirements
Class 10th from Govt. Recognized Education Board plus either 3-year Diploma in any Engineering discipline with 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Drilling/Workover activities, OR B.Sc. (Science Stream) with 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Drilling/Workover activities, OR Trade Certificate in Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/Turner/Welder/Motor Mechanic/Machinist with 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Drilling/Workover activities for Operator; For Assistant Operator, Class 10th plus Trade Certificate with minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Drilling/Workover activities.
