Qualification Requirements

A language test will be conducted before joining for selected candidates, and failure to qualify will lead to rejection. Minimum 2 years’ Post Qualification Working Experience as on 31-12-2025 as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank / Regional Rural Bank.

Selection Process
- Online Test: An objective test of 120 marks and a descriptive test of 50 marks will be conducted online. The objective test lasts 2 hours with 4 sections. No sectional qualifying marks or negative marking. Descriptive test is 30 minutes with letter writing and essay.
- Screening: Applications and documents of candidates who qualify the online test will be verified for experience criteria. A merit list will be prepared circle-wise and category-wise. Candidates up to 3 times the vacancies will be called for interview.
- Interview: Interview carries 50 marks. Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks decided by the bank.
- Final Selection: Marks from online test and interview will be converted and aggregated with weightage 75:25 to prepare final merit list circle-wise and category-wise.
- Local Language Proficiency Test: Provisionally selected candidates must pass a local language test unless exempted by 10th/12th language study.
