Selection Process
- Computer Based Examination: An objective test with 80 questions, 2 marks each, negative marking of 0.25 for wrong answers, conducted in English, Hindi and 13 regional languages.
- Physical Efficiency Test: Candidates must complete a race within prescribed time limits depending on gender and region.
- Physical Standard Test: Measurement of height, chest (for males), and weight as per prescribed standards.
- Medical Examination: Detailed Medical Examination followed by Review Medical Examination for eligible candidates.
- Document Verification: Verification of educational certificates, domicile, caste certificate, NCC certificate if applicable, and other documents.
