Qualification Requirements
Must have passed 12th (Intermediate) from a recognized board. Preferred qualifications include Certificate in Computer Course at ‘O’ Level from DOEACC / NIELIT, Minimum two years of service in the Territorial Army, NCC ‘B’ Certificate. Only one additional qualification will be considered for awarding preference.

Selection Process
- Written Examination: A 300 marks offline objective exam with 150 questions in 2 hours on General Knowledge, General Hindi, Quantitative and Mental Ability, and Reasoning. Minimum qualifying marks vary by category. No negative marking.
- Document Verification and Physical Standard Test: Verification of original documents and checking physical standards like height, chest, and weight as per norms.
- Physical Efficiency Test: Qualifying test involving running 4.8 km in 25 minutes for males and 2.4 km in 14 minutes for females.
- Final Merit List: Merit list prepared based on written exam marks, reservation norms, and candidate preferences. No waiting list.
