Selection Process
- Written Examination: Candidates must pass a written exam consisting of two papers: Mathematics and General Ability Test.
- Stage I SSB Test: Includes Officer Intelligence Rating Tests and Picture Perception & Description Test; candidates are shortlisted based on combined performance.
- Stage II SSB Test: Includes Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests, and Conference conducted over four days to assess officer-like qualities.
- Final Merit: Merit list prepared based on total marks from written exam and SSB tests; allocation to Army, Navy, Air Force or Naval Academy based on merit, eligibility, medical fitness, and preferences.
