Selection Process

detail: All eligible applications received by the closing date will be arranged in order of merit based on the valid GATE Score for each subject separately.

detail: Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview on the basis of valid GATE Score, in a number up to five times the number of vacancies for that subject.

detail: Final selection will be made on the basis of GATE Score and Interview.

detail: Selected candidates are subject to character and antecedent verification and a medical examination as per Central Government guidelines for Group ‘B’ posts.
How to Apply
- Choose one subject out of the notified subjects and note the corresponding GATE subject code.
- Fill in the Application Form printed with the notification; type on A-4 size paper and use English capital (block) letters in black or blue ink only.
- Do not leave any column blank; affix a self-attested recent passport size coloured photograph and sign the declaration with date and place.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required documents (educational certificates, GATE Score Card, age proof, caste certificate if applicable, NOC if applicable, Aadhaar copy, etc.).
- Put the application form and documents in an envelope and send by ordinary post to: Post Bag No. 001, Lodhi Road Head Post Office, New Delhi-110003.
- Ensure the application reaches the address on or before 15-11-2026.
