CCRAS has released Advertisement No.05/2026/Ph.D. for 20 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) fellowships (16 in Ayurveda, 4 in Yoga & Naturopathy). Eligible candidates with a postgraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences and a valid NET certificate can apply online via the CCRAS Ph.D. Portal. The fellowship tenure is 2 years as JRF, extendable to SRF for up to a total of 5 years. Monthly emoluments are Rs.37,000 (JRF) and Rs.42,000 (SRF) plus HRA and an annual contingency of Rs.20,000. Qualification Requirements

Post Graduation in Biomedical Sciences with emphasis on Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences or Biostatistics and possession of a valid NET certificate (eligible tests include Joint CSIR-UGC JRF/LS(NET), DBT-JRF, BET, ICAR AICE-SRF(PGS), ICMR JRF). Candidates must be willing to undertake AYUSH-related research projects and pursue Ph.D. in a recognised university/institution.
