Selection Process
- 1: CMPDI will scrutinise all received applications.
- 2: Suitability will be judged based on length of practice and specialization in relevant law areas.
- 3: CMPDI will check adequacy of office infrastructure such as office premises, staff, and communications.
- 4: CMPDI will review annual income-tax returns filed for the last three years.
- 5: CMPDI will consider current and past empanelments, especially with Public Sector Enterprises and Government Departments, and notable achievements.
- 6: CMPDI’s decision is final and binding; no further communication will be entertained.
How to Apply
- Visit the designated online application portal at aeap.cmpdi.co.in.
- Fill in the online application in the prescribed proforma.
- Select and mention the forum or forums (Courts) where empanelment is sought.
- Upload self-attested scanned copies of your bio-data and relevant supporting documents with clear seals, stamps, signatures, names, authorities, and dates.
- Submit the completed online application on or before 15 November 2026. Applications via email or hard copy will not be entertained.
