Selection Process
- 1: Review of acquired academic credentials of the candidates.
- 2: Interview before the selection board; final selection is based on performance in the interview.
- 3: Conditional screening test: if turnout for Senior Resident (Dental) and Junior Resident posts is more than 30, a multiple-choice screening test in the concerned discipline and ESIC topics may be held to shortlist up to three times candidates per vacancy.
