Selection Process
- Reporting and Registration: Candidates must report to the office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Sahibabad at 10:00 AM on the scheduled walk-in interview date. Verification will be conducted up to 11:30 AM and no candidate will be entertained after 11:00 AM.
- Document Verification: Original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies will be checked during document verification before the interview. Candidates must submit the completed bio-data form and demand draft (if applicable) at verification.
- Interview: Eligible candidates, after document verification, will appear for a personal interview conducted by the selection committee for final assessment and selection.
How to Apply
- Download the Bio-Data application form and format from the ESIC website (https://esic.gov.in).
- Complete the bio-data form and affix a recent passport-size photograph.
- Prepare original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies of testimonials including degree certificates, registration, experience, caste/EWS/disability certificates as applicable.
- Obtain a Demand Draft of Rs. 300 in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No. 1’ if applicable and carry it for submission at document verification.
- Attend the walk-in interview at ESIC Hospital, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP at 10:00 AM on 26-10-2026 or 27-10-2026 for the respective post; document verification will be done before interview.
