How to Apply
- Prepare the duly filled Proforma (as annexed with testimonials).
- Bring two recent passport-size photos and self-attested copies of certificates for age, education, experience, research papers and publications.
- Carry original documents for verification including NMC/State Medical Council registration certificate and equivalent experience certificate for retired Army Medical Teachers.
- If applicable, bring a demand draft of Rs. 225 in favour of ‘ESI Fund A/c No. 1’ payable at Jaipur. SC/ST/PWD, Female candidates and Ex-servicemen are exempt.
- Report to Dean Office, 2nd Floor, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur on 22-10-2026 between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM for registration and interview.
