Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Only papers published in ABDC journals (indexed in WOS or Scopus) will be considered for shortlisting; publication and academic parameters may be used to shortlist when applications are many.
- Screening: A Screening Committee may apply additional academic/publication/work-experience criteria to optimize the applicant pool.
- Interview: Candidates who are shortlisted will be called for interview; mere fulfillment of minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.
- Offer and Probation: Selected candidates for regular appointments will serve a probation period of two years; offers may be contractual (one/two years) depending on credentials.
- Waitlist and Reservation: A waitlisted candidate list will remain valid for one year from result declaration; reservation policy applies as per Government of India rules.
