Selection Process

detail: A merit list will be prepared based on combined evaluation of qualifications and experience.

detail: Government reservation rules will be applied and preference given to candidates from same village/panchayat/blocks of ST, SC, or BC with teaching experience.
step: Engagement
detail: Selected candidates will be engaged initially for six months on a contractual service-procurement basis, renewable for another six months based on satisfactory performance.
