Selection Process
- Document verification: Candidates are called category-wise in order of uploaded GATE score for scrutiny of the GATE score card, documents, eligibility and reservation claims; appearing at verification does not guarantee selection.
- Shortlist for interview: After verification, about two times the advertised vacancies in each category (minimum five) are shortlisted based on GATE score.
- Interview: Interview carries 10% weight; the Commission may test Odia reading, writing and speaking at interview.
- Final merit list: Final merit is based on GATE score weighted 90% and interview marks 10%; ties are broken by interview marks then by age (older first).

- Upload clear scanned images: recent passport-size photo, full signature, left-hand thumb impression and all required documents including QR-coded GATE score card.
- Submit the application, note your PPSAN, print and sign the registration and final application and keep copies of certificates for verification.
- If you need to change submitted data, cancel the application and reapply within the last date.
