Qualification: Serving officer in State Government/State PSU at Pay Matrix Level-17 (or equivalent) with minimum 5 years in that rank, minimum 30 years professional experience, and minimum 5 years experience in project approval, land acquisition and execution of large infrastructure/renewable energy projects. Engineering background with MBA desirable.
