Selection Process
- Walk-in interview: Selection is made through a walk-in interview held at the Department of Public Administration.
- Document support for claims: Any claimed experience, publications or technical skills must be supported by original documents or certificates where applicable.
- Eligibility and original document check: The University may check eligibility and original documents before finalising the selection.
- Disqualification for canvassing: Canvassing in any form, or bringing political or other influence, will disqualify the candidate.

- Fill in the post(s) you are applying for, specify Project I, Project II or both, and paste a recent passport-size photograph.
- Complete personal details, educational qualifications (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation), experience in date order, and sign the declaration; attach self-attested copies of certificates and other enclosures.
- Report on Friday, 06-11-2026 to Class Room No. 3, Department of Public Administration, First Floor, Arts Block 3, Sector 14, Panjab University, Chandigarh 160014.
- Hand in the filled form no later than 01:00 PM on the interview date. Incomplete forms or forms not in the given format may be rejected.
