- Offline Written Exam (70 marks): A 70-question objective OMR exam in Marathi, one mark per question, 75 minutes total. Subjects include agricultural credit structure, banking and cooperation, general knowledge/current affairs, agriculture and rural economy, and aptitude.
- Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted from the written exam (ratio 1:3 per vacancy) must present original certificates for educational qualification, domicile, and other eligibility criteria for preliminary verification by bank officials.
- Interview (30 marks): Candidates found eligible after document verification attend an interview assessing personality, physical capability, communication, local knowledge of Pune, service attitude, and cooperative principles.
- Final Selection: Written exam marks and interview marks are combined out of 100 to prepare the final merit list. A waiting list equal to 20% of vacancies is maintained for one year.
