Selection Process

    stage: Computer Based Test (CBT)

    details: 2 hours objective test with Professional Knowledge Test (120 questions) and Executive Aptitude Test (50 questions). Each question carries 1 mark with 1/4 negative marking.

    stage: Document Verification

    details: Candidates who qualify CBT will be called for document verification.

    stage: Group Discussion (GD)

    details: Conducted for shortlisted candidates with 3% weightage and no qualifying marks.

    stage: Behavioral Assessment

    details: Conducted before interview and used as input during interview evaluation.

    stage: Personal Interview

    details: Qualifying marks: 40% for Unreserved/EWS, 30% for Reserved. Weightage: 12%.

    stage: Final Selection

    details: Based on total weighted score: CBT 85%, GD 3%, Interview 12%. Empanelment as per merit and category-wise vacancies.
