Selection Process
- If applications are 25 or fewer: A rank list will be prepared using marks scored in the qualifying examination plus weightage for experience.
- If applications exceed 25: A written test of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be conducted; a rank list will be prepared based on test scores and weightage for experience.
- Experience weightage: Two marks are awarded for each year of experience beyond the mandatory requirement, up to a maximum of 5 marks. For GNM candidates, weightage applies only for years served in excess of the mandatory two years. Post Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing (PBDON) holders receive 2 marks weightage (PBDON certificate required).

- Upload scanned, self-attested copies of the SSLC certificate and the GNM Diploma or B.Sc. Nursing degree certificate.
- Upload Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council Registration Certificate.
- Upload the experience certificate (mandatory for GNM holders, minimum 2 years) and any additional experience certificates if applicable.
- Upload attested copies of all mark lists (yearly/semester-wise) in a single PDF.
- If claiming age relaxation, upload the Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
