Selection Process
- Screening by Committee: A Screening Committee will screen eligible candidates using prescribed marks for APAR (last 3 years, maximum 15 marks) and educational/professional qualifications (maximum 5 marks). Candidates must meet APAR grading thresholds (total of last 3 years not less than 11 and last year at least ‘GOOD’).
- Panel and Merit List Preparation: After screening, a panel and a merit list corresponding to the vacancies will be prepared based on screening scores.

- Prepare application and required enclosures, including attested photocopies of Service Book (each page attested) and APARs for the last three years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25), and NO D&AR and SPE/Vig. clearance status.
