Qualification Requirements
Graduation from a recognized University/Institute as on 01-04-2026. Candidate must not have undergone apprenticeship earlier or have one year or more of training/job experience after attainment of educational qualification. Mandatory registration on NAPS portal required before applying online. Candidates with unresolved loan/credit defaults are not eligible.

Selection Process
- Online Written Test: Objective type exam with four sections (General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude). - Test of Local Language: Candidates who qualify the online test must pass a specified local language test. Those with 10th/12th marksheets proving study of the language are exempted. Failure in language test leads to non-engagement.
- Medical Examination: Final engagement is subject to being declared medically fit as per Bank requirements and completion of KYE formalities.
- Document & Eligibility Verification: Selection is subject to verification of eligibility, documents, Aadhaar (or alternate ID where allowed), and CIBIL/other conditions before offer of engagement.
