Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess relevant engineering degrees or diplomas. Selection is merit-based on academic marks with preference to candidates from the specified states. The apprenticeship tenure is one year with monthly stipends of Rs. 12,300 for graduates and Rs. 10,900 for technicians. Qualification Requirements
BTECH Degree in respective Engineering discipline or Graduation (BBA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc) from a recognized University/Institute for Graduate Apprentice; 3 year Diploma in respective discipline from a recognized Institute/State Board for Technician Apprentice.

Selection Process
- 1: Selection is mainly based on marks obtained in the relevant qualifying degree or diploma.
- 2: In case of a tie, preference is given to candidates with earlier passing dates.
- 3: Tie-breaking criteria applied in order: marks in degree/diploma, marks in 12th/10th, date of birth.
- 4: Separate merit lists prepared for candidates from Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh first, then other states.
