Selection Process
- Written examination: A written exam is conducted for the vacant posts with MCQ and subjective sections specific to each post.
- Merit preparation: A merit list is prepared based on exam marks plus merit marks (class percentages, desirable qualifications, relevant experience, local/SHG membership) as per Annexure 1.
- Panel review and display: A five-member panel prepares the final merit list and the marks are displayed on the CLF notice board.
- Shortlist notification: Examination details and further information are proposed to be sent to shortlisted candidates on the mobile number given in the application form.
- Tie-break: If candidates have equal marks, the older candidate is given preference.
