Selection Process
- Screening: Applications for all posts will be screened by a committee to shortlist candidates before further selection stages.
- Senior Manager – Presentation & Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates for Senior Manager (Medical) must make a presentation to the selection committee outlining achievements and vision. Evaluation gives 85% weight to prior work experience, technical expertise, leadership potential, team development, and performance alignment.
- Senior Manager – Interview: Interview for Senior Manager (Medical) carries 15% weightage in the final evaluation.
- Pharmacist/Nursing Assistant – Written Test: For Pharmacist and Nursing Assistant posts, selection includes a written test carrying 85% weightage: General Knowledge 40% and domain knowledge 45%.
- Pharmacist/Nursing Assistant – Interview: Interview for Pharmacist and Nursing Assistant posts carries 15% weightage.
- Right to modify criteria: The company may apply higher selection criteria depending on the number of applicants and organizational requirements.
