Selection Process
- Preliminary screening: SIDBI will carry out preliminary screening of applications to prepare a shortlist of eligible candidates.
- Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interview date.
- Interview: Selection will be through a personal interview before a Selection Committee in New Delhi; interviews may also be conducted through web meetings using MS Teams.
- Final selection: Final selection will be made based on the interview and committee decision.

Consultancy fees are specified as gross monthly consultation fees: up to INR 150,000 (negotiable within cap) for some posts and up to INR 250,000 (negotiable within cap) for other posts. Travelling/halting allowances apply as per SIDBI Grade A officer norms.
