Selection Process
- Written Examination: Candidates are assessed by a written exam. For Second Division Clerk the written exam totals 200 marks with subjects: Kannada Language (50), General English (25), General Knowledge (25), Co-operative Subject (50), Indian Constitution (25), Bank Work Procedures & Materials (25). For Peon and Gun Man the written exam totals 100 marks with subjects: Kannada Language (50) and General Knowledge (50). A merit list is prepared based on written exam marks and candidates are shortlisted for interview in a 1:5 ratio for each post.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates attend an interview which carries a maximum of 15 marks. Final merit is prepared by combining written exam marks and interview marks according to the applicable reservation policy.
