Selection Process
- Registration/Shortlisting: Candidates are considered through the ICAI Placement Directorate process; shortlisting will be done prior to interviews.
- Psychometric or Other Test (if conducted): SIDBI may conduct an online psychometric test or other suitable test to assess personality, communication, problem-solving and suitability; results may be shared with the interview panel.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend a personal interview at centres such as Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai and Ahmedabad.
- Merit List and Wait List: Merit list will be prepared based solely on interview scores in descending order; SIDBI may also draw a wait list to meet requirements.
- Tie-breaker and Finalization: In case of tie in interview scores, older candidates are ranked higher; appointment is subject to medical fitness and background/reference verification.
