- Application scrutiny: Bank screens applications and eligibility before shortlisting candidates for further stages.
- Online test (if conducted): A 150-mark, 150-minute online exam covering Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge; Sections 1-3 are qualifying only.
- Psychometric assessment: Shortlisted candidates may undergo a psychometric assessment as part of selection.
- Group discussion: Candidates may be called for a group discussion where applicable.
- Personal interview & final merit: Personal interview with minimum qualifying scores (60% General, 55% Reserved). Final selection depends on combined performance in all stages conducted.
