Preferred: 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Management or MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking). Post-qualification: Minimum 2 years experience in sales of wealth products. Credit Analyst – C&IC: Graduation in any discipline AND Chartered Accountant; mandatory minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, preferred experience in Corporate Credit.

Selection Process

  • Application Scrutiny: Bank will screen submitted applications for eligibility, qualifications, and experience as per notification.
  • Online Test: A tentative online test of 120 minutes with sections for English, Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude, General/Economic & Banking Awareness, and Professional Knowledge (total 120 marks).
  • Psychometric Test: Bank may conduct a psychometric test to assess personality, communication, problem-solving and willingness to work anywhere in the country.
