Selection Process
- Shortlisting: If many applications are received, candidates will be shortlisted based on relevant experience, current CTC/monthly pay, and higher qualifications. Management may hold a written test or group discussion for shortlisted candidates before interview if required.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Eligible shortlisted candidates called for interview can claim sleeper class train fare reimbursement by the shortest route if travel distance exceeds 50 km.
- Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates must submit medical reports signed by the Chief Medical Officer of a Government Hospital in CCI’s prescribed format; these will be examined by CCI’s medical officer.
