Qualification Requirements

Post-wise qualifications: District Mission Coordinator – Degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Medicine, Health Management, Social Work or Rural Management) or higher qualification; Gender Specialist – Degree in Social Work or another social discipline (post-graduate preferred); Specialist in Financial Literacy – Degree in Economics, Banking or similar (post-graduate preferred); Accounts Assistant – Degree or diploma in accounts or degree with accounts as subject; Multi Tasking Staff – Pass in Class X. Relevant experience of at least 3 years is required for all posts except Multi Tasking Staff.

Selection Process

  • Written Examination: All candidates sit a written exam (200 objective questions for posts 1-4 in 90 minutes; 100 objective questions for post 5 in 60 minutes). Questions are objective with negative marking (one-fourth mark deducted for wrong answers).
  • Oral Test: An oral test of 25 marks is held on the same day after the written exam.
  • Display of Key and Objections: Answer key will be displayed at the venue and objections can be raised within the specified time on the same day.
  • Verification of Original Certificates: Shortlisted candidates undergo verification of original certificates at the venue.
  • Selection List and Appointment: Selection list is declared the same day; orders of appointment issued next day on receipt of police report and medical fitness certificate.
