Qualification Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum 3-year full-time Graduation with at least 60% aggregate marks/equivalent CGPA AND a full-time Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with at least 60% aggregate marks. For MT-HRM the PG specialization must be in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management. For MT-Administration either (a) Graduation + PG (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) with specialization in Hotel & Hospitality Management / Facilities Management or equivalent, both full-time with 60% marks; OR (b) B.Tech in Civil Engineering (full-time) with a full-time Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) with 60% marks. Candidates with graduation/postgraduation by correspondence/part-time/distance/open learning are NOT eligible. Final passing candidates awaiting results may appear in the Written Exam but must produce requisite degree certificates by 01-06-2026 or joining date as prescribed by the Bank.

  • Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the Written Test will be called for a Personal Interview conducted in Mumbai and/or New Delhi. The Interview carries 30% weightage in final selection.
