- Choose Apply Now, enter OTR registration number and date of birth, then proceed with Apply with OTR.
- Review prefilled personal details, enter SSC information, bank account and IFSC details and upload bank passbook image as required.
- Complete educational details, declaration, save the form and record the application number.
- Upload prescribed photograph and signature following the notification’s file-format, dimension and size instructions.
- Use Confirm Application after careful review; changes are not possible after confirmation.
- Pay the prescribed fee online by the separate fee deadline, download the payment receipt and retain the confirmed application.
