Selection Process
- Document verification: Candidates must bring originals and self-attested photocopies of required documents (listed in the notice) for verification at the interview.
- Interview by Selection Board: Selection is through an interview conducted by a Selection Board comprising DHA (MCD) as Chairperson, Medical Superintendent, Addl. MS/HRH, CMO (Administration)/HRH, subject experts and a member representing SC/ST/OBC.
- Scoring: Marks are allotted with a maximum of 20 for PG Degree, 17 for PG Diploma, and 5 for performance in interview, totaling 25 marks.
- Medical fitness and verification: Appointment is subject to medical fitness and verification of educational qualification, caste, age and DMC registration certificates.
- Final appointment on contract: Selected candidates will be appointed on a one-year contract under the Residency Scheme; engagement does not confer a right to regular appointment.

- Fill the performa with required details (department, post applied for, fee details with bank name and DD number, email, mobile, personal and educational details, DMC registration number, experience, and declaration).
- Prepare original documents and self-attested photocopies in the serial order specified in the notice (DD, matriculation certificate, DMC registration, MBBS, PG degree/Diploma, experience, caste certificate, Aadhaar, etc.).
- Obtain Bank Draft/Pay Order for the applicable fee in favour of ‘COMMISSIONER, MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF DELHI’ payable at Delhi; PWD candidates are exempted.
- Report in person with the filled performa, documents and DD at Hindu Rao Hospital, 5th Floor, Library, G-Block, Malka Ganj, Delhi between 09:00 AM and 12:00 AM on 29-10-2026 for the walk-in interview.
