Selection Process
- Document evaluation and merit scoring: Candidates are initially assessed on experience and qualifications to produce a merit list (marks out of 10).
- Shortlisting: At least five times the number of vacancies are shortlisted from the merit list for further testing.
- Skill and/or physical test: Shortlisted candidates attend a skill test (where applicable) and/or a physical test; these tests carry marks towards the final score.
- Final selection: Final selection is based on the combined marks from percentage/marks, experience, BPL (where applicable), and skill/physical test.
- No TA/DA for tests: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be paid for appearing in the skill and physical tests.
